Dinner was amazing tonight. Round tip roast (no fat), green beans, onion, and bell pepper stirfry, and a side of mango and a big salad. GOT TO LOVE IT...It was great and my family polished off every little bit. I also made blueberry muffins for dessert. Who says you can't eat a lot of food and still be eating super healthy. Now if only I took a picture.
