35 min pool exercises
120 min aerobics classes
35 min leg machines at gym
It was a good day.
Eating was great all day till tonight.
Overate on crackers that should NOT
have been in the house in the 1st place.
But I didn't eat dinner & my food was low
all day. Not an excuse, just is.
Crackers are good, junk is gone, tomorrow,
back on program!!
