Today we are...my family that is making homemade perogies! and as its my high carb day its perfect!! Went easy on the sour cream...so its all good!!

today I have been kid free!! So I got a lot of things done today which is awesome!! I got in my workout first thing ...which was Lean Legs...used 10's to start off with then used 20's 25's and a 40 today! I used my 40lb in this position for sumo squats it worked great!! Could go heavier next time...I think I'll use my 45

I seem to have problems with sling shot week following Chris Powells carb cycling due to the fact I seem to keep on eating...its not as controllable as when I high low carb cycle...I don't why it just is...so I got to get control before it gets WAY out of control!! I can do this!!

Note to self... !!

    Mmmm perogies.... Yum! My husband said the only way you can truly enjoy them is with sour cream! :P I see now what you mean by using the 1 heavy weight to do the sumo squats! I said it before and I'll say it again, you are going to be ripped! Keep up the great work!
