Today, I took advantage of the fact that my boyfriend has to pool to get a good workout. After eating a high-calorie lunch, I was determined to utilize that pool. My boyfriend and I both swam 50 lengths in the pool and did 50 crunches and got very thorough workout. I need to use this resource more often.
1. When I want to, I am capable of giving myself a very good workout.
2. I am good at retaining the information I learn from this site in order to utilize it in real life.
3. Even though I have trouble keeping myself on track, I am passionate on the subject of health and fitness and want to pass it on to others.
