So I have been eating during the day. I am not super duper hungry or anything. It's more like crazy cravings. I ate 6 Hawaiian Sweet rolls for lunch. I regret nothing.
At the gym, I did my 1.75 miles, but I did it at like a 20 minute pace. My calves burned like crazy. I REALLY hope I don't have an injury. I am hoping that I just haven't been drinking enough water lately, or getting enough sleep. If I correct that, I am thinking I will be back on track.
The scale at the gym shows that I haven't lost a thing, but that can't be right, right?
