Today is day two of my 30 day blogging challenge. Did I cheat a little by including yesterday's post? Perhaps but I view that as a head start Today I had some very non-paleo, non-healthy foods. These included burger buns, American condiments, french fries, soda (twice) and chocolate covered fruit. For shame! And now i'm eating a (happily) paleo version of general tso's chicken which my amazing bf has made for me.....*cough* with apple ale *cough*. Did you hear something? I didn't! Here's hoping that I make better decisions tomorrow. Wish me luck! After this I'm doing Arnold's 1% Barbell workout.
