Sunday = made a nice walk of .5 mi around the track...it was a day of rest.
Monday = it was back to business on the walking commitment...the morning was too packed to work in a walk but this evening I started off the steps throughout different streets and worked in 7053 steps according to this new pedometer and I beat the sprinkles of rain that started just as I was home again. 2.97 mi in 1 hr and 7 minutes (hills and all) 289 calories gonzo....
These steps were continuous ones and it is thrilling to feel my endurance has improved! I wanted to get this logged in some place because there is a busy evening ahead still. This cooler weather has been such a blessing!
