Days 74-76 - staycation - new habits are a good thing!

I will be logging in to track my nutrition. exercise and to blog!
I need SPARK trackers to help me be consistent!
I have over 150 fitness I need to track and I logged in to just track my nutrition, but I had mail from the new challenge that is going to start in two weeks.
One of my assignments to prepare for the challenge is to update my page - on my list to do... tomorrow!
My staycation is going well - some days this week I may just post an encouraging picture with text.
Have a great week all - I am sticking to my kidney friendly diet and getting in exercise.. moving my body more than sitting - and I am eating my fruits and veggies, as well as drinking my water, sleeping on a good schedule - in bed the same time and up the same time (even if I do not fall asleep at a good time - I keep my alarm set!)
I am getting things done on my to do list! The kitchen is DONE! I am working on my bathroom and bedroom at the same time - because hubby and I had opposite time schedules - I had clothes and things in the bathroom that can now be moved into my bedroom - for the last 9 years it has been this way! I am so very happy with our new schedule and that I can have access to the bedroom anytime of the day now!!!
When I am done with the bath/bedroom I will be hitting our closets next!
I do not have normal closets in this old farmhouse, one is 6x4, another is 4x3, and the other one is about 3x3.... I still need to pull out everything and get rid of stuff!
