Well, at least I now have a scale...

OK, I needed to make a Swedish recipe a few days ago. But I needed to have 300g of ground pork and 300g of ground beef. My scale broke a few years ago. I decided to bite the bullet and get a new scale. I got an Oxo digital kitchen scale. I'm very happy with my purchase. I just realized something. I can now weigh food again! I've missed weighing food for all of these years.

Now, I kind of have a broken body scale - not broken; just the window got broken in half. Wonder if I should get a new body scale now that I've gotten a new kitchen scale? :-)

Losing weight is hard. Being overweight is hard. Choose your hard.

Doctor says I have great values. She seems to think that all I need is a month of personal training. She seems to think that I just need to get into an exercise routine. She doesn't seem too concerned about my weight gain, even though the BMI shows that I'm obese. I'm only 5 feet tall, and I weigh 167 lbs. Oh well.

Food, food. Hate food. Always gets me into trouble. OK, I better get off now. I'm ranting. And I'm tired for whatever reason. Oh well. Later.

    Did you ask your Dr why she isn't concerned about your weight gain...seems odd? If you are tired, try adding some super foods to your diet like oats in the morning with berries, broccoli, brazil nuts, figs to name a few.
Keep going......we are all winners, because we are here trying.
