3: Whole 30 Journey

Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 cup blueberries, turkey bacon
Lunch: 1 apple, 6oz pineapple juice, turkey burger
Dinner: Tilapia, 1 cup cream corn, lettuce salad with cucumbers
Still going strong today. Really looking forward to going grocery shopping tomorrow. Running out of stuff in the house that I can eat. Opps!
Felt super tired this morning...had a hard time getting through work. Once I got home though I managed to get a couple of things accomplished. Then took a short cat nap before I headed to my [deep tissue] massage and chiropractic adjustment.
Going to get some planning things done, like a proper grocery list for tomorrow. Then I'm heading to bed as tomorrow is my 3am day. I work replenishment at Michaels [Craft Store].
To answer the question about DH's weight, he's about 40ish pounds less than me. Since we started working on our weight though he has lost about 20lbs and I have lost 11lbs. However, I have more determination than he does so I can see myself surpassing him.
