What do you want to change?
My eating habits mostly. I can stay within my calorie range but it's not always the best choices.

How do you want to look?

I want to look healthy and happy. I'm not shooting for any specific number on the scale. Right now I would be happy with my weight not starting with a 2!!

How do you want to feel?

More energized. Healthier. Less aches and pains.

What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?

Anything!! Be able to go up and down stairs without me knee hurting, not get winded if I run a little, fit more comfortably in a booth at a restaurant.

And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!

I want to look at a picture of myself and not think "ewww." I am mostly happy with how my legs look and how strong they are but if I could get rid of that little bit that rubs together i would be much happier! I would like to get better upper body strength. My arms have quite of bit of fat on them so I'm not delusional to think all of that will go away but if I could get some good muscle under that I would love it!

I just generally want to be happy in my own skin.
