Broke my record!

Monday, July 15, 2013

Went to the gym today and thought that I would try for 10 mins on elliptical, last time I did 8.5mins! Well I broke my record and got to 10.5mins, I only stopped because I needed to start my trainer session!! emoticon

Worked out for 30 mins with Kayla, working triceps and chest today. emoticon

Once I was done with that....back on the elliptical (Is Kayla trying to kill me? I just did 10.5 mins before my session!) Well, with the distraction of watching NCIS I made it! Yep another 10 mins! Feeling pretty good right now!!!

Just downed my post workout protein shake :)

emoticon I'm impressed! You sound like me - watching TV while on the elliptical or treadmill is a necessity for me. While on the exercise bike, I grab a book. I can't believe how many books I've read this year.
