Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight.
What do you want to change? I want to stop getting sick all the time. I feel like having a healthier body will help me with this. I also want my clothes to fit better!
How do you want to look? I want to get rid of my rubber tire belly, my love handles, and the back fat. I'd like to tone what I do have and just feel strong.
How do you want to feel? I want to feel healthy, comfortable, and strong.
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? Do anything without getting winded quickly. I want to be able to walk around without my thighs rubbing together and having them wear holes in my pants!
And list all the OTHER things that you want to change! I just want to be able to look at a picture of myself and not feel like I'm going to cry. Not think that I look like a giant. I also want to look at a picture and not nit-pick it apart anymore. Just to be able to see it and go "oh, what a fun time!" instead of thinking how horrible I look would be wonderful!
