OPERATION: WAIST DISPOSAL

So that's the name I gave my program. Its a fun play on words title that will make me feel better every time I go to exercise. Some time this week me and my aunt are going to take some very unflattering photos of ourselves that we are going to keep in our journals. We still need to sit down and make up a grocery list and meal list. Its hard right now because we are working on yet another large flower bed in the back and Im working on 2 probably now 3 small beds in the front. It has been very hot and dry and the beds are of course full sun. I spend about an hour or 2 out there in the mornings and then after dinner we head out and work some. We are going to work on the big bed tonight and I should be able to finish it tomorrow. The small beds should only take me morning to finish. I think we might start things the week of the 22 because she has that whole week off.
So here is my exercise plan ( still working on meal plan)
AM&PM stretching (3 min)
AM&PM walks (a mile each)
AM videos - cardio and yoga/pilates (1 hour)
PM toning 12-15 reps 3 sets (30 min-ish)
When I start out I am going to try my best to do what I can but Im not going to push myself because I don't want to injure myself. As time goes by I want to double the exercises. I also want to make it a goal to walk around the block (1 mile) 5 times or more twice a day. There is a girl that walks around the block at least 6 times here and I get so jealous. She is in great shape.
I am very happy with this plan
