Super foods are nutritional powerhouses that help build bones, prevent chronic diseases, improve eyesight and even keep your mind sharp.

When I read this in an articles on a health and fitness sight I had to find out what they were. I am listing ten of the foods in no particular order of importance. Most are no surprise to us Sparkers.
