Hooray Monday! Err not. Whatever! This weekend was pretty good with all things considered! This was the best I've eaten on a weekend in probably a month or so! I unfortunately did not get any workouts in because I was slammed with a Sinus cold on Friday. I could feel it coming on all day and come 8p.m. I knew I had it bad.
My sinuses were just stuffed like crazy, drippy nose and crazy sore throat. So I relaxed in bed and had to ditch Josh on our Date night :( He tucked me in and I passed out from 10:30p.m. until 12:30 Saturday afternoon! I was up about ever 2 hours blowing my nose, but still- it was a good sleep. What sucked is that on Saturday night my BFF and I had tickets to go see Bruno Mars in concert in Chicago! No WAY I was gonna miss it. So I took what pills I needed to, used afrin- got some toast and subway in me and I made it to the concert feeling not too shabby! If anything I felt drunk. My ears, neck and jar were all sore and hurting.
Bruno Mars was so incredible I forgot about everything during his show. I had SUCH an amazing time and he was AWESOME! I ate about 1000 calories over on Saturday, BUT I tracked it. That's the important thing. Sunday I was under for calories so that's good. I weighed myself on Saturday morning when i felt like a waif and I was 199.5. WOAAHHHH yeah! But, really that was prob the lowest point I could be at. This morning I was 201.1. So for weigh in on Wednesday I am hoping to be somewhere in between.
My goal for this week was 2lbs lost which would put me at 202.4, so either way Im doing good. I am really apprehensive about doing strength
