Since June 10th, my husband and I have been working out to the 30 day shred. We worked from level 1 to level 2. We had to take some days off and our diet could have been better, so I am starting Round 2 tonight. We are starting level 2 and work towards level 3. With the help of sparkpeople, I will follow a better diet and get a little more motivation and see even more results. I am more muscles in my thighs, shoulders and back. This round I would like to see it more in my abs and arms.
Here are my stats:
5'8" 179 lbs.
30 days puts me at August 13th.
