Commitment: Summer 5% challenge

I have enjoyed reaching my goal and I think I have found my maintenance program. Basically I went up to about 1350 calories a day and reduced my exercise to about 1 hour a day. However, I have decided I would like to try to lose another 5 or so pounds. I have joined the Summer 5% challenge which would equal a weight loss for me of about 7 pounds. That sounds like enough to hopefully whittle a little more off my waistline!

To accomplish this goal I well reduce my calories back down to 1200 / day. I will bring my exercise back up to 2 hours a day of outdoor activity. I will faithfully continue to track food and fitness each day.

In addition I will do my best to be supportive of my team members and welcome any support they offer to me. I will do this by reading their status daily, reading and commenting on their blogs and staying involved in team discussions.

The last 5% challenge was interesting, a good learning experience and very successful. I hope for the same for myself and all my team members.
