SP Official Better Sleep Challenge Journal, Day 11, Afternoon

Last night I went to bed at EIGHT O'CLOCK!!! That's how beat I was. Hubby came in at 10:30 p.m., and unwittingly woke me up. I tossed and turned, while he jerked and snored. Finally, in exasperation and sleep-deprivation, I yelled at him to go on the couch or *anyplace* (definitely *not* my best wife moment)! emoticon
Then I finally began to catch some emoticon , and woke up at 6 a.m.-- a little later than I'd wanted to, but at LEAST I got some much needed sleep. I hope to retire at a sensible time tonight, no later than 10:30 p.m. I am doing everything recommended in the Challenge to ensure a good night's rest. God willing, consistent sleep will soon become a pattern for me.

    We talked about picking some up last time we were in town-- and we totally forgot!!! emoticon
BUT... he's been losing weight, too... and his snoring has decreased a lot!!! emoticon
