Here is my plan for the week.
MONDAY - Power Walk (30 Minutes) + Chair Abs (10 Minutes)
TUESDAY - Cardio Mat Fusion #1 (30 Minutes)
WEDNESDAY - Weight Loss Workout for Beginners (add intensity with heavier weights) (15 Minutes) + Breathe, Stretch & Relax (20 Minutes)
THURSDAY - Cardio Core Flow (25 minutes)
FRIDAY - Ballet Body Sculpt (30 Minutes)
SATURDAY - Rest Day (enjoy some fun activity today!)
SUNDAY - *NEW* Yoga Abs
*Yoga Abs will air on Sat 7/20 at 12pm EST and won't appear in the playlist until then*
I will also be running 30 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday and a longer run on either Saturday or Sunday. I also go to YMCA on Monday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon when my daughter does gymnastics so I get a little bonus workout and some extra fitness minutes.
