There is some truth to his statement, but we can find adjustments. We don't need to feel miserable and unhappy.

    I do not know many people who wouldn't enjoy sleeping in rather than working on at least once in awhile but I also don't know many people who don't enjoy the euphoric high they feel after a hard work out either.
