Lots of work to do today, but managed to do my regular exercise session plus take a short walk before it got too hot outside.
goals for today:
1. Eat less than 2000 calories today (OK, I am going out for dinner so added extra)
2. Exercise 60 min or more - already have 95 minutes done
3. Do all audit follow-up issues - ongoing since 8 AM this morning.
