This week was a very strange week for me as I was in Virginia helping my SIL with her new baby along with my 15 month old son. I still managed to get in 5 out of 6 workouts despite the change in routine and only having a small area to work out in. I will make up the workouts I missed this week so I am caught up.
Monday: CE Burn 2
Wednesday: HIIT 15, CE Ab Burner
Thursday: Fire 30 (should have been Fire 55EZ but didn't have the time)
Friday: CE Burn 3
Sunday: Fire 55EZ
This week I will make up the Fire 30 and TF 10 minute Abs I missed.
I am proud of myself for still doing most of my workouts despite the hardship, though I am waiting to weigh myself until this Saturday.
My eating was ok during the week but over the weekend I had pizza and other things I normally would not eat. I am getting back to normal this week and eating cleaner.
