Bleh Food!

I am getting tired of thinking about food all the time that's what I feel like I have been doing these past few days and I over ate two days in a row bleh! I am hoping to catch myself before I gain 5lbs again because I really want to get under 240! I think I have been at 240 for like 3 weeks now what a waste! I'm going to try the low carb thing that my fellow sparker buddy has let me know about ((thank you for sharing!!)) I'll see if that helps me any I dunno if it'll be as low as 50g but it'd probably be good to reduce some of my carb intake since it feels like it has taken over my life! Anyway Happy Monday!!! The beginning of a new week! emoticon

    Woohoo! I am glad you're going to try out low carb. It is actually pretty easy.

We tried hevay cream in some meals this week to see if we would like the HIgh Fat - Moderate Protein - Low Carb version....and for us it was a bomb. My sensitive tummy can't handle heavy cream. Only have lost one pound so far this week. We do better with high protein, moderate fats and low carbs.

Let me know how it goes with the low carb- you got this girl. Save your Oreo for your carb day. You'll be amazed by how seet it will be after a week of low carb/sugar. emoticon

  Hope it gets better....thanks for posting this....I've had a day or two where I overate and I was beating myself up for it. Good to know I'm not the only one in this "boat" this week.
