Well I was going to write in my journal but figured that I could track it better on Spark & go back over time and read what I was feeling when starting over on this journey.
Weighed in today: 238.8 (down 2.8 pounds from last weeks 241.6)
Well this weekend, I didn't track any foods on paper but I did bring my tracking journal to work with me today. I realize that the weekends are going to be my hardest with eating right. I want to just snack on foods, which means I am going to have to change the foods that I bring in the house to even snack on - so that I'm not tempted to each unhealthy snacks.
I want to get in some walking but the truth is I am sooooo tired when I get home from driving 45 minutes, that I just want to RELAX when I get home. I know that to be productive I will have to get moving!! Right now, I am focusing on my food & tracking daily.
Goal for this Week:
Track all foods everyday.
