Well I was going to write in my journal but figured that I could track it better on Spark & go back over time and read what I was feeling when starting over on this journey.

Weighed in today: 238.8 (down 2.8 pounds from last weeks 241.6)

Well this weekend, I didn't track any foods on paper but I did bring my tracking journal to work with me today. I realize that the weekends are going to be my hardest with eating right. I want to just snack on foods, which means I am going to have to change the foods that I bring in the house to even snack on - so that I'm not tempted to each unhealthy snacks.

I want to get in some walking but the truth is I am sooooo tired when I get home from driving 45 minutes, that I just want to RELAX when I get home. I know that to be productive I will have to get moving!! Right now, I am focusing on my food & tracking daily.

Goal for this Week:

Track all foods everyday.

  Great Goal!!! When You get home from work, relax for 30 minutes and change into your workout clothes and go for a walk. Try it and see how it works out for You. You Can Do It.     Sitting for 45 minutes and in deep concentration as you're driving an tucker a person out.

Food for thought 1: Energy begets energy.
Food for thought 2: Words have power.
Fact: The brain is a powerful tool

I like @LIGHTNING's suggestion. IMHO, couple that with steps to show that you want to reach your goals develop some self-talk that motivates you. Instead of saying I'm sooooo tired (and laying the foundation why you won't workout) perhaps telling yourself, I really need to relax and unwind and walking relaxes me, is the food you want to feed your mind.

    emoticon I have started juicing veggies and it help to get them in. I still eat some of them whole though. Drinking water really helps. I am sure you will figure it out.

    Food first, then activity. Weight itself is governed 80% by food and only 20% by exercise.

I lost the first 25 pounds with virtually no exercise at all. Once I increased my activity I actually started to put pounds back on, though I was still losing fat. Especially when you're just getting back into it put all your focus on eating right.
