Back on track!

I got up, had a light breakfast just to get the metabolism going and did my c25k week 2 day 1. I did it in the house again and did my strength training! I am so happy I got my energy back, I guess my body just needed a day off!

I just hope me doing the c25k in the house won't screw me up when I start doing it outside. I am able to do it in the house, so I think I can still keep it going outside. Guess I will have to see....

Nonetheless I did it! Go me!

    emoticon Barb!! I don't think that there will be a huge difference when you go outside. I mean, you will be dealing with temps and air flow, etc., but your body will be doing the same thing you have been doing inside. So, Upward and Onward to the B.A.W. girls!! emoticon
