Back on track!

I got up, had a light breakfast just to get the metabolism going and did my c25k week 2 day 1. I did it in the house again and did my strength training! I am so happy I got my energy back, I guess my body just needed a day off!
I just hope me doing the c25k in the house won't screw me up when I start doing it outside. I am able to do it in the house, so I think I can still keep it going outside. Guess I will have to see....
Nonetheless I did it! Go me!
