I have started back on SP again. I have actually been tracking my fitness and food for a couple of weeks, but put off blogging until now....
The other day I noticed how much easier it is to sit down and get up. I can sit in a variety of positions without feeling uncomfortable and I can get up without having to use momentum. I gain a lot of weight in my waist so bending in the stomach region puts a lot of pressure on organs and it becomes hard to breath or move.
