I am kicking of week 4 of my reboot & have signed up for the 5% Summer Challenge that begins on July 27th. Last week, I

* Practiced yoga / mediation 1x
* Walked in the water for 1 hour
* Walked another hour last night
* Got back to spinning 2x
* Made it to body conditioning 1x
* Ate loads of fruits
* Got a good night's rest regularly
* Read inspiring stories / quotes daily

I will focus on those habits that I'm struggling with including:

* Tracking food consistently, especially when I travel/go off track
* Staying away from bread / rice
* Eating veggies outside of salad
* Drinking 8 glasses of water consistently
* Finding time to do some sort of exercise each day, even if for just 10 min
* Incorporating meditation daily to deal with periodic anxiety

I just joined Deepak Chopra's free 8 week online series "Awaken to Happiness" which I'm kicking off today. Sharing the link in case you are interested.

My Intention for the Happiness Series is to:

* Be grateful each day for life, sunshine, birds chirping, flowers, trees, water
* Open my heart to happiness, joy, love, abundance, acceptance
* Not take life so seriously (lighten up)
