Patio bootcamp

Spent the last two weeks building a patio in my backyard. It was good exercise!

I lost a few pounds, though not really sure how much of that was just sweat...

At any rate, plan to consider it a jumpstart and try to build on my recent activity with more (and more enjoyable) activity in the latter half of July.

    I have a plyo box on my patio, a space to chop wood, and a pull up bar in my garage. Love patio boot camps:)
