I did awful this weekend with eating better. I didn't exercise or eat healthy foods at all. I hadn't seen my family in a while and they wanted to have a cookout with my boyfriend and me. My mom made a ton of food-bbq chicken, corn on the cob, salt potatoes, baked potatoes, mac salad, potato salad. I had everything and felt horrible after. I couldn't help myself. I just kept eating..and eating.....and eating!! There was no will power this weekend. I am so bloated from all of the salt I had and very disappointed in myself as well. I feel like I "slip" almost every weekend and have something that is bad for me, but I overindulged this weekend and feel horrible now. I was doing great and I can't wait to get back on track today with eating better and exercising! Just thought I would share. I know everyone has a bad day of eating. I just need to find will power when I am around so much food and family!
