Day 29 (fourth weigh in)

So I lost exactly two pounds. It makes me feel wonderful. I was only shooting for 1 pound. But yay for me I lost two. Just makes me want to work out harder now. I can't believe only a few weeks ago I was 202 pounds. Now I'm under 195! It's truly a wonderful feeling.
On a different note I rewarded myself with a sausage and an egg breakfast. Thinking about going out with a friend of my mine for lunch. Haven't decided on that yet though. Have a good day everyone!
