I don't normally do squats so this is where I am starting. As I go about my day I plan to do about 10 squats multiple times to see what I can do. After a few days I will set a goal to see how I can improve.
Walking and biking will get done as usual and we are still working on the patio - much more work than we thought but I think I can get the pressure washing finished today and tomorrow it can go back together.
