My kids are away at VBS until 1 pm and so I want to get some stuff done!

    I'm here, really!
Just super duper busy right now.
After a weekend of travels I feel off a bit, though not as bad as one might think.
The scale was up 3 lbs. I feel very bloated. I think this is due to some of the foods from the weekend as well as I believe my period is returning (I just quit nursing 9 days ago).
Yesterday I completely cut out sugar to return to my "clean eating" pattern. This is because I know it works great for me and I always feel so much better. Fighting some of the headaches right now, but I'm making it! The scale was down 2 lbs already this morning.
Onward I go!!

    No sugar and HIIT treadmill last night. My belly is super bloated today. Ugh.

    For me, it is the wrong day to be weighing - TIMING is everything...TOM is expected and so really although I have lost 0.6 lbs I know it is more than that! ...
Next weigh in will be better! After the hormonal bloat is gone!

Soup and Salad for lunch! YUM and not sure about dinner yet!

Cleaning the house today! And it is hot! Guess that's my activity for today!

Checking in on Day 15: Lost 2 inches, weight is up a little ???? Maybe salt...
Have been showing weight loss during the challenge but not today.
I have not given up and will keep on going and aiming to show better progress in 15 days.
Hope you are all doing great. Summer is such a wonderful time of year.

    Weight is down 2 pounds from July 1st
Measurements - overall down 1"
I am happy about that considering the first week was mostly on the road but week 2 has been good.
I did go from sea level and medium to high humidity to 6000ft and low to medium humidity. I know lower humidity and higher altitude is good for a loss of a pound :)
Exercise has been hit and miss when I don't do yoga first thing I try and go for a walk later in the day but that doesn't always happen...
Back on track with yoga this morning!

    Really busy - work, Orientation today - my first day at
University. Will post numbers tomorrow. So far doing OK.

    LOL - on a vacation... Weight is about the same. Not sure I can post measurements today, but I will try to find a measuring tape! Ha!
