Great article. Sure exercise can be uncomfortable at first and maybe there's a fear , but movement is movement and it's all good. Thanks for pointing out this article.

Everyone can exercise one way or another. It's simple about mind over matter.

I really like this article, just a "walk around the block", would be a great start. Maybe, I will get on my bicycle and take a little ride, before it gets too hot. I got a giggle out of the picture of the cute young lady and that ball. It just goes to show you, it's not about how we look, because obviously, she is a beautiful person, inside and out. It's about health, however, society, has unfortunately, twisted all of our "ideals", about looks, about food, just everything, no wonder we are all so confused and have established bad habits!!!

This has been Richard Simmons's message for years. Ever look at the women in his old Sweatin With The Oldies videos? I'm a lot thinner than they are and they do better than I do!
