Consistency and Goals

I have wittled down the number of sites that I am part of so that I don't get tired of logging, however I have found that a handwritten journal is the best. Having said that I have set the following goals for this week (July 14-21 2013):
Blog at least once a week.
Log at least 3 times a week (food and exercise).
Lose a minimum of 1 pound this week.
My Monthly Goal is as follows:
Lose at least 4 pounds this month.
--> Minimize my calories since I am only able to do slow walking.
--> Eat at least 5 servings of veggies/Fruit every day
--> No more cheat days!
--> No deprivation, but use portion control
--> Stay within 1200-1400 calories/day while I am unable to exercise.
--> Walk for 60 minutes total a day, breaking these walks up into smaller walking periods.
With these weight loss goals written down, I have something to reference daily to keep me focused. I am determined and focused.
