Earlier in the day I was wanting to do an evening workout but as the day wore on I got so tired and just felt like a rag doll
thought forget my evening workout!! TO TIRED! But then after dinner I drank one of my mom's pepsi max
( I do not drink pop of any kind on a regular basis) and within 20 minutes I looked like this lol
!!!! So I took my butt downstairs to my gym and did Take 20! Cardio Kickbox...this workout starts off slow but then it BITES you!!
Awesome workout! And great way to finish the day!!
