3 Steps to Incredible Health (Eat to Live) Day 13

It was a lovely day. I enjoyed meals on the porch and also at Conohete park where I walked out to the "big" river and back, then did a pool workout in the rain. It rained on the walk but the mountain and river is shaded by huge trees that also make it hard to reach you on the trail. Luckily, it wasn't storming--not a sign of lightning storms.

The cooked portion of my meals were leftovers, and will continue to figure into my meals for a while. I thoroughly enjoyed the fruited micro salads at breakfast and dinner. The lunch salad was good but I think i would have like a fruit salad with the brussels sprouts. I'm going to try that tomorrow. And I'll make a Tomato Sauce to serve over spaghetti squash to go with the tomato salad.

And I've started eating the Possibility Cocoa Balls frozen. Interesting. They remind me of eating frozen candy bars. Next makeover, I'm putting in half the recipe of nut butter, and 1/2 chopped nuts!!


B: Microsalad of romaine, banana, strawberries, cacao nibs, and pear infused vinegar (alessi)

L: Blue Brussels Sprouts,

micro Salad: spinach, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, hamp seed, balsamic vinegar

D: Micro salad: red leaf lettuce with chopped banana and orange sections, cashew nuts
2 Possibility coconut balls

1304 calories Fruits and veg 18 Fiber: 50 g

    im jealous of anyone who gets to get in the pool!!! i actually got access to a pool on vacation and i swam laps as much as i could, i wish i was on vacation all summer, lol, good luck and keep on working hard.

    I love cacao nibs and all of that cacao stuff! In reading your meals I'm sort of starting to wonder where the protein is?
