It was a lovely day. I enjoyed meals on the porch and also at Conohete park where I walked out to the "big" river and back, then did a pool workout in the rain. It rained on the walk but the mountain and river is shaded by huge trees that also make it hard to reach you on the trail. Luckily, it wasn't storming--not a sign of lightning storms.
The cooked portion of my meals were leftovers, and will continue to figure into my meals for a while. I thoroughly enjoyed the fruited micro salads at breakfast and dinner. The lunch salad was good but I think i would have like a fruit salad with the brussels sprouts. I'm going to try that tomorrow. And I'll make a Tomato Sauce to serve over spaghetti squash to go with the tomato salad.
And I've started eating the Possibility Cocoa Balls frozen. Interesting. They remind me of eating frozen candy bars. Next makeover, I'm putting in half the recipe of nut butter, and 1/2 chopped nuts!!
