So this weekend I did prettyyyy bad. I wasn't going to talk about it at all, but I do believe it'll be good for me to acknowledge everything and move on!
I was doing so great until I went to my grandmother's house to eat. There's no denying that food. From there, it was just downhill. See before this I had been eating pretty clean. So at one point this weekend I had eaten so much sugar and salt in one day, that I had actually gained 4 lbs by the next day! Of course I realized that was water retention, so I started drinking more water and eating a lot of vegetables and most of that weight came back off by the following day thank goodness! But still it is embarrassing to think I let myself do that!
So I am pretty sure I gained weight this week rather than losing it, but on the plus side, I am NOT giving up.
In fact here's a few more goals for myself:
Tomorrow I am starting T25! It came in on Saturday but the program recommends starting on a Monday so I cannot wait!!
Also I am signing up for my first Crossfit competition! It is just a local thing, but still I am very nervous and excited. It is called the 31 Heroes WOD in honor of 31 Americans killed in Afghanistan in 2011. All the money raised goes to families of military heroes that were killed in action. Also, I am extremely honored that the woman who asked me to be her partner for the WOD completed a tour in Afghanistan. She motivates me so much. I want to train hard so that I do not let her down!
