Guess I'll Blog

Sunday, July 14, 2013

It has been a longgggggggg time since I have blogged. I have no excuse for this...just didn't do it. I have been a Sparker since 2010 and am still trying. I have gone down in poundage, and I have gone right back up...several times. I have to say, I have not done as well in all of that time than I am doing now. I feel so blessed to have my copy of the Spark Solution. I have been working so hard to make this work. Maybe that's why it is working. In 7 weeks I have lost 19lbs! I feel great and I have so much energy. I am starting to believe in my ability to do this and I am not doubting as much. I am not saying that it is easy, it isn't, but it is getting easier. I am taking one day at a time...except for planning and prepping meals, can't wait 'til the last minute for that!

Previously, I thought I knew how to eat healthfully, but it turns out, I didn't. This program has taught me so much, especially how to get the right amount of each food group daily. Also, I am getting better about how to exercise better, if that makes any sense.

I am a full time employee and graduate student. The combination of all my stressors just pushed me too far. I took the summer off from my studies to get myself healthy so I can move full speed ahead in the fall. The Spark Solution came just at the right time!!!!

Anyway, just wanted to check in!!!
