emoticon fixed a new recipe tonight that was quite tasty:

Shrimp 'n' noodle bowl

8 oz angel hair pasta
2 c broccoli coleslaw mix
1 lb of small cooked shrimp
6 green onions
.5 c minced fresh cilantro
.66 c reduced fat sesame ginger salad dressing

Cook pasta, drain, transfer to a large bowl, add shrimp, coleslaw mix, onions, and cilantro. Drizzle with dressing, toss to coat.
1.3 c serving
260 calories
3 gm fat
147 mg cholesterol
523 mg sodium
36 g carb
2 g fiber
22 g protein

    Sounds very yummy! I would leave out the cilantro and sub in parsley as we do not care for cilantro. Thanks for sharing!! emoticon
