I recently joined a new team, Summer 5% Challenge. It is a very active team that I am pretty excited to be apart of. I hope it helps me continue to stay motivated and reach my goal of losing 5% of my weight. The Challenge officially starts on July 27th but there are assignments we will be given leading up to it starting. I really love this because it gives me time to get ready and really think about what I want to accomplish my goal.
Some questions for me to answer are: How much and how often will you exercise? What diet will you follow? How will you support your team?
I plan on continuing with my current regimen on Spin twice a week, ZUMBA or Cardio Dance once-twice a week, and Strength once a week (maybe twice). I also want to try some new classes at the gym like Yoga and Pilates. If I don't go to the gym I will walk during my lunch hour.
My diet will continue to be focused on portion control, tracking everything I eat, and as much whole foods as possible.
I will support my team by posting on the forum and encourage my other team members.

I need the challenge of being active on this site everyday and I hope being involved with this Challenge will help me.
