One More Time

Sunday, July 14, 2013

I decided to completely start over with my Spark program today. I had done well then slipped up and let myself get derailed by giving myself a lot of negative feedback. I realized that that space is just a place that keeps me in nonaction, and I'm ready to keep on moving forward. Learn from the error, make a course adjustment, and keep on moving. I believe that I can be successful, and i'm ready for this new adventure.

Amen, that. Count the scrapes on your knees and the stubs on your toes as points of contact in the learning process that you are in---that each of us is in, right there with you. Wish you could see my knees and toes, for a little encouragement, and a few good laughs, too. Personal accountability is such a beautiful and powerful thing, and that is what you expressed in your note. taking responsibility for your own little self, and owning the facts of life. Health and fitness do not come in the flash of a moment, or get delivered with the new work-out weights we buy because of the ad that we saw that somehow motivated us...
It is only me that can change my reality.
It is only you that can change your reality, and you are WELL on your way.
I pray and bless you with determination, strength and motivation.

Great attitude ! You can only succeed if you move forward. We ALL fall, but choose to get back up & do it again, no matter how many times it takes ys to learn the lesson. You not in this boat alone. we understand

Just DON't give up, dust off & emoticon emoticon

That is the great thing in life. Everyday is a new beginning and gives us the chance to start over. I joined about a month ago and even though I have only lost a few pounds because of the support and information on this site I did not give up even though I was messing up with my eating and exercise. All we can do it keep trying emoticon .
