I wish this site had meal plans that cater to gluten free people! I know I could figure it out myself how to make it gluten free, but that have everything else. It'd be nice if the world could get on my level.
I have not been gluten free long, but it has improved the way I feel so much it's unbelievable. I have learned more about my body than I thought was possible; I have learned to pay attention to how I feel and what food is doing inside my body, what nutrients I need and what I am having too much of... it's really fantastic.
It does make me hungry sooner after eating than when I was having tons of bread with every meal... and it made me gain weight because I was supposedly extremely malnourished, BUT I feel healthier.
Now I just have to figure out the pain and exhaustion and I will be good as new!
