Bad food day.

Getting back from vacation, I was so happy to only gain a pound, since we stayed with family and food, eating schedules and such was so different. But, since I've gotten' back I can't seem to get it going again. I am running from one thing to another and meals are crammed in between or snacks instead. I have to get back on track with the exercise too. I do so much better on a schedule but my life never stays on a schedule. This week I watched a video by Tennie McCarty and food additions, I am reading her books.

    I understand how hard it is to get back to eating healthy. I've had a hard time getting back on track after my parents left.

    Just think though, only one pound! Don't let that fool you though. I know I've done that before, thinking, oh, look at what I ate and I only gained one pound, so I keep eating that way and before I know it, I've gained 10 lbs.....or 20 lbs. I know you can do it! Set yourself up an eating plan, a menu, shop for it and don't buy any temptations that can make you slip up. Hope you had a good vacation. What were the results of your lyme disease test?

    Getting back on the "straight and narrow" after vacation or other disruptive events is always a challenge. You can do it! You are in the for long haul!!
