Getting back from vacation, I was so happy to only gain a pound, since we stayed with family and food, eating schedules and such was so different. But, since I've gotten' back I can't seem to get it going again. I am running from one thing to another and meals are crammed in between or snacks instead. I have to get back on track with the exercise too. I do so much better on a schedule but my life never stays on a schedule. This week I watched a video by Tennie McCarty and food additions, I am reading her books.
