When people say negative things to you, tell yourself, “I know that’s not true. I know I have gifts, talents and abilities, and I know God created me, and I believe He is going to use me to do great things - Joyce Meyer Ministries

Wow how we fall into this trap - not only believing what others say but what we say to ourselves. After spending many years myself in this trap I slowly (and I mean very slowly) began to think of my self as a worthy person - someone with something to contribute to society.

Here on Spark I notice that no one seems to beat us up but ourselves. Yes a slow journey but I know not only me but all of you are a worthy person as well!

On to my walk -

My hip was really hurting today so I just took a short 10 min walk. I decided to take another trail. In the middle of the parking area there is a round of flowers that is called a bee garden - this is a pic of flowers I took - yarrow and coneflowers.

As I continued around a curve there is a new Labyrinth that had been built. The next thing I saw made me stop and go hummmmmmm. Now Labrinths are ancient meditation tool that have been used throughout the world for more than 4,000 years - I just wasn't expecting to see people laying about in it - lol

Now to choose my path - to the right or to the left? Since it was later in the day it was rather hot so I choose the shaded path.

Love how the sun filtered through the leaves and the pattern it layed on the pathway!

Well that's all for today - remember - I am worthy - YOU are worthy!

Hugs to all!

I love your picturesque blogs. It's just what many of us need. I also feel you are given me an education of some of these flowers, that I never would have known if you had not taken these "awesome" pictures.
You are very gifted with your beautiful photography work, and intertwining the pictures with your blog. emoticon emoticon
