Weigh In: 276.6
Feeling fairly good this morning. Last night DH came to bed with malted milk balls [whoppers] and Berry Burst Ice Cream Oreos with a large glass of milk. Of course he tried to hand me some oreos but I refused. This sure isn't easy but it will be worth it!
Breakfast: 1 banana, 4 slices turkey bacon, bolthouse farms green goodness
Lunch: 1 banana. I wasn't really hungry for anything and super tired but made myself eat the banana anyway.
Dinner: Chicken Stirfry- 1 chicken breast cut up with oriental style frozen veggies [green beans, broccoli, onion, and mushrooms], and sweet mini peppers.
Snack: Frozen Fruit. Peaches. Blueberries. Strawberries.
Rose- Still staying strong over here. Enjoyed a nice nap this afternoon.
Thorn- I slapped DH for shoving a popcicle in my face. First I told him no but the popcicle got closer. Ugh. Some support I have here, eh?
Sigh. So I spent a couple of minutes smelling the package of Oreos today. Not really tempted but reflecting on all the times that I have eaten half a package at once. Ick!
