Military Diet Day#3

Today was by far the most challenging. Less food, but I will weigh in tomorrow morning and then go back to my normal routine. Unfortunately I was only able to workout Friday due to back issues. So it will be interesting to see what the scale says.

    Don't depend on the scale too much. That's only one measure. Losing weight and becoming healthy is a slow process. One itty bitty step at a time! ;-)
