I am feeling of two minds this evening. This past week has been interesting as it has been the first week that I moved away from specific menu planning to my maintenance plan which involves eating a healthy diet, portion control and weighing daily. I have not gained any weight so I guess that is a success. The week ahead will be challenging because we have a lot of work, I won't have time to go to the gym, I have a lot to do to get ready for our trip and I am feeling a little stressed. I am trying to figure this Maintenance thing out in such a way as to keep my weight off, keep my fitness level up and not become a bore about the whole thing!
