Yesterday was a reward day and I ended up taking in a movie I wanted to see. My planning wasn't the best because we have to drive 40 miles to the theater in Richmond and it involves 2 hours of driving as well as the movie and whatever. At any rate I got home late and the treadmill is in the bedroom and some folks go to bed early so that was that. It really was poor planning on my part as I should have grabbed the treadmill earlier in the day. I have to grab it when I can now so I will start earlier in the day.
At any rate, today I made sure to get a really good work out in. I ended up doing 2 miles and ramped up the incline to a 5. Altogether I did 50 minutes and it felt good. I did a Walmart grocery run and put things away and did some work on my gluten free cookbook. So it was a productive day.
Tomorrow I will start with the cardio early and get it out of the way. I am going for the burn this week to get under 150 and never see it again. So the goal for the week is 149. It is so hard to lose a pound and requires some intense cardio. My original goal was to lose 5 pounds this month and I have lost 3, so on that score 2 to go. But right not my focus is to see 149 on that scale -- and I am really determined to do so. I haven't been in the 140's for a LONG LONG TIME. It's about time for this girl to get it done!
