I did some Pilates, today. I'm still sore. I'm trying to loosen up the muscles without having to rely on sports creams. I did use some last night, but it only worked for the night. Oh well, I'm off to figure out my lunch for tomorrow.

    A hot shower helps, then some yoga. The important thing is to keep moving. Hope you feel better.

    I go through a couple of yoga poses when I need to loosen up muscles. I hope it helped.
